Buff would have been my first pick, but reading those choices convinced me how badly we need a WCW ref, so Nick Patrick is also a must.

Ted Dibiase, Miss Elizabeth, Mike Wallstreet, Brian Adams, Scott Steiner, Stevie Ray - all are realistic to be made.
NWO Sting, Buff Bagwell, Scott Norton, Konnan, Horace Hogan - l don't see them happening.
Big Bubba Rogers has been made.
Figures Toy Company made a Konnan, Scott Norton and unrelated to this post, Alex Wright action figures.

Konnan seems like the biggest glaring omission as he’s the only major Wolfpac member they haven’t done. HBK and Big Show are also needed to complete 2002.
