Huge Sid fan. Highly underrated and was the original tweener who got massively over prior to stone cold. Long overdue for the HOF.

Awww damn....one of my favorites. He certainly had one of the most unique and imposing looks of all time. I feel like he has been a bit underrated as far as being a consistent draw. R.I.P Sid. May you continue to be the master ....and the ruler...of the world.

I first saw Sid Vicious in WCW when he was in the Four Horsemen and he jumped to the WWF as Sid Justice later that year. He was definitely the #1 or 2 most intimidating wrestler in WCW at the time and I always liked him in WCW better than in the WWF. He did a good job putting over Sting & British Bulldog despite all the silliness going on in that feud. I was always wondering why he would keep disappearing from promotions and then randomly come back usually with the competition and it was because he was off playing softball, LOL. RIP

His little ECW run was insane. RIP Too bad his ECW run gets overlooked, but I get it, it was 5 monhts in a 30 year career. Always loved the Sycho Sid character, and loved that he became World Champion in both the WWF and WCW. Thankfully the infamous fight with Anderson in 93 didn't turn tragic. And man, the fact that he was ever able to return to a wrestling ring after he broke his ankle, is a miracle. It's sad to think there might have been a chance for him going into the hall of fame next year, but unfortunately time was against him. And as someone who has lost three family members in the first three years of this decade to it, I just want to say F**K CANCER!

Awwwwwwā¦.this sucks. I loved Sid. Me and my brother quote him, I kid you not, like 5 times a week haha. To the point I forget they even originated with Sid, we just say the stuff all the time at this point. Itās nice to see just how many people post nice things when guys like this pass, I wish the wrestlers could have a bonus day after theyāre gone to see all this and just how beloved they were. It bothers me that he wanted to be in the HOF and wonāt get to see it. It should have happened 100 times already. Sid was always entertaining.

Aw man, this is really sad to hear, I loved big Sid.
His run as Sid Justice even as short as it was is so memorable to me, I was cheering like hell for him to beat Hogan, well until the Warrior showed up. His New Generation run was a ton of fun too and he was over like hell.
Really sad to hear, rest in peace big man, you really were a memorable and fun wrestler that tons of fans have a lot of love for.

There is no debate about him being in the Hall of Fame, his WWF career alone should have had him in already
2 X WWF Champion Main event in two WrestleManias Main event in a Royal Rumble, Survivor Series, King of the Ring and if you get technical about it, he was part of the main event of SummerSlam 91!

Iām shocked heās still not in and for years expected his name to eventually pop up. Maybe Vince held it against him for constantly jumping between promotions throughout the 90s, but thereās no denying that his was a huge star in both the WWF and WCW throughout the decade.
