Do not get him something out of scale with the normal WWE toys. Trust me on this. They will go in the closet untouched. Main Event, Championship Showdown, and Elite is what you want to look for. Ultimates have a bunch of extra articulation that kids don’t need and they’re $32 a pop. You get 2 Main Event figures for less than that. Even the Elite figures are pricy for a kid. Oh, and you don’t need to get the biggest stars for a kid that plays with toys. I had X-Men, Star Wars, Power Rangers, GI Joe, WWF, etc as a kid and I bought plenty of the B- and C-list characters. Sometimes you want a deep roster to play with. So take back heroes of goo jit zu? |

Sometimes you want a deep roster to play with. THIS I have bought and given WWE figures to an underprivledged special need kid before. Two packages at this point, considering doing another for Christmas. under no circumstances buy figures out of scale with each other. But, at the same time, remember. Kids have a handle of right and wrong, good and bad at an early age. If you're gonna get him a couple babyface figures, he'll appreciate at least one heel that they can beat up. And also, if for some reason you want to buy him a women's figure, you MUST buy 2. As my friend (the boy's mom said) Bayley needs someone to fight, so you gotta give him a Bianca as well. That said, don't feel bad if you can't afford ultimates or elites. Especially with the new Basics, most kids are fine with those. They want to play with them and depending on play style and age range, basics might be a better bet. If the kid is the type to just smash the figures together and such, basics are great. But if he's gonna want to do "moves" with them, know that most modern basics have trash for leg articulation and he'll break those if he tries to bend them. It all depends on the child what you are looking for but the first couple points here, yeah. Pretty important. |

So I took back the heroes of goo jit zu and bought an elite 101 Cody in package and a basic Dom from a vintage toy store.
I had no idea how hard they were to find right now at regular stores like target walmart and meijer so this was my best bet.
I have elite Damien priest, owens, and styles that I bought for baf pieces that I plan to give him and two wrestlingfigs members are also sending me some other figures. I heard through the grapevine that Christmas is a little thin for their famuly too so I may hold back the other figs besides Cody and Dom to have a nice surprise ready for Christmas!

Amazon Black Friday usually has a bunch of stuff marked down that weekend that they want gone. I typically buy some wwe stuff then to put in the toys for tots box at my work. |

the company's top heel and top face is a great place to start. I really want to thank you for doing this (I know I'm not personally involved at all) but you're doing an excellent thing and you should be thanked.
I hope his parents situation picks up and Christmas is an easier time for them, if not and your gonna be his Jolly Saint Nick again, let me know and I can ship you a few out to add to it

I wonder if all the other kids "boo'd" when he opened Dominic Mysterio.....
Great stuff man! This thread warms my heart. I always try to donate a few WWE toys at Christmas time to the "Toys For Tots" bin.
And it's always great to remember that these are toys and they are for kids..... we're all a bunch of big kids hoarding them. Glad to see the young kids getting some enjoyment out of them, too.
