Usually it’s right around the time that the previous series starts showing up in store. Target has series 24’s release date as Oct 6.

Legends are released quarterly, one per season.
SUMMER '24: Legends 23
FALL '24: Legends 24
WINTER '25: Legends 25
I would estimate these will hit stores in about JAN/FEB of 25

That is the lineup, I can't imagine we'll see preorders until November at the earliest

Legends 22 went up for preorder January 26 (Friday of Royal Rumble weekend)
Legends 23 went up for preorder April 5 (Friday of Wrestlemania weekend)
Legends 24 went up for preorder July 26 ((Friday of SDCC and a week before Summerslam weekend)
Based on that, I would expect Legends 25 to go up for preorder in late October with a January on sale date.
