There's going to be a big wrestling convention/PPV show at the Cow Palace in San Francisco during the weekend of October 19. DirecTV, TVN and inDemand will be carrying the PPV. Several of the names being advertised are under contract to TNA, and TNA wrestlers are expressedly prohibited from appearing on non-TNA pay-per-views. The show is advertising Nash & Hall vs. Sid & mystery partner (who is hinted at being Goldberg even though Goldberg has said time and time again that he is likely done with wrestling), Team 3D vs. Steiners, Corino vs. Sandman, Muta vs. Ultimo Dragon, Greg Valentine & Dr. Death vs. Koko B. Ware & Beefcake vs. Kamala & One Man Gang vs. Warlor & Barbarian, Gail Kim vs. Tracy Brooks, Abyss vs. Shark Boy, Rikishi vs. Black Pearl (his cousin), Mil Mascaras vs. Rey Misterio Sr., Luke Hawx & Al Katrazz vs. Orlando Jordan & Kidman, and a match between Vampiro & Vic Grimes. I'll definitely be ordering this. Vampiro and Muta on my tv screen. YIPPIE!!! Plus the main event with Hall/Nash vs. Sid/  could be entertaining. I know CBT is on it with Corino on the card. |

Sounds cool but they said a few weeks back that all of the matches involving tna talent will not be shown on the ppv....so possibly on dvd but it is basically confirmed that none of the tna talent will be shown.

The original main event was Angle vs Abyss vs Christian in a three way dance. They had to change it because TNA talent can't appear on PPV. I guess Nash has a different contract that lets him appear on this. This has terrible written all over it.

Only matches that might be decent are Muta/Ultimo and Corino/Sandman. The rest looks like crap. I like Vampiro but not Vic Grimes, so that's already in the crapper to me. Also can some of those guys even use their names on PPV or couldn't WWE sue them?

Corino vs Sandman is such a letdown, but Corino and a matress is proven greatness, so no complaints there.
I like the card for the most part, but something doesn't ring right. Isn't this the same event where ROH wrestlers will be appearing?
Shoot me a number for the indemand PPV cost, I'm not big on to many of the names outside Corino & Mascaras.

It is the same convention ROH wrestlers are appearing at. When I first read the post, I thought it was gonna list ROH matches. Surprised to see what I saw. Dont have a price for indemand or DirecTV. I will be getting it on DirecTV though. Should be fun. |
