While I'd rather see more "first time" and "deep dive" names from the WCW/NWO era, Hogan is and always will be the biggest star in wrestling ever and they're gonna keep pumping out his figures regardless, so I may as well post a couple ideas.
One of the main things I'd like to see is a total redo of the Hollywood Rules shirt accessory, which came out really disappointing. Mattel needs to have their graphic department redraw and simplify the design in vector format, so it doesn't look like a fan-made, stuck-on rectangle of blurry mess. And last time I mentioned this here, 10 people liked the post so seems many others feel the same.
I also want to see more new HEEL headscans (serious, mean-looking, frowning, scowling, snarling, etc) based on the WCW/NWO era, as I don't feel they've quite nailed his HEEL Hollywood look yet.

I’d like to see them redo a lot of the late 90s/ early 2000s Hogan with that new torso and tan. The wolfpac and Mr. America Hogan come to mind. Same with the legends line 1994 WCW Hogan.

I believe we’ve discussed ad nauseam what Hogan figures are left to do. I think the consensus is BATB96, various red and yellow t-shirt and headwear combinations but top of the list are Python Power bandana and WCW Nitro debut, re-releases of prior figs with updated torso and tan and soft goods like WM3 or American Made, one off obscure looks like Dark Side, Piledriver video, and Pastamania, possibly FUNB Miliionaires Club, and movie figs if they can get the rights to films such as Rocky 3 or Suburban Commando.

NEW Hogan nWo headscans, it’s crazy that we’ve been getting the same ol recycled ones for years. We need some with the hoop earrings
‘96 terminator Hulk Hogan with modified skulls to avoid copyright
Wolfpac Hogan with white gloves, red flame boots, PROPER tye dye (not that mess of a design that we got as a RSE) black kneepads with white trim
A WCW red and yellow Hogan with the big gold. After that, I’m a happy camper on Hogans
