Soooo, since the strike is over and workers are back tomorrow, and since RSC states that the delays were due to the strike … We should be receiving shipping updates shortly, no?

I thought ringside gets everything shipped by airplane so they get it first? Or is that onlt for mainline series so they can up charge We get it shipped by airplane so we can call it the 'Make Sure We Upcharge Crossfit Jesus' Charge wow I knew it |

Always liked RSC Tom. His response, however, to the customers’ criticism was tone deaf and almost throwing gas on the fire. At least his first response was. Then, the political commentary in the follow-up post was uninformed and just silly.
This should have been a simple and basic statement that “the product is delayed but still expected … the timetable for arrival is unknown currently but customers do have the ability to cancel their order.” Instead, he took this strange route because “he wanted to,” but I digress.
P.S. I am pre-order 1 and not concerned about the delay. It’ll get here. I’m old school. I’ve walked 15 miles in the snow for a Brian Pillman S.T.O.M.P.! But seemingly a good amount of customers are concerned.

Not to pile on but I'm feeling pretty vindicated about waiting for this set to get discounted. If it's any consolation the Steiner Brothers will probably get delayed a bit too which will no doubt drive me crazy

Ringside is the only place I order figures from that charges up-front for pre-orders. In my entire collecting life, I've only pre-ordered one time from Ringside and that was almost a decade ago at this point. I'm not about to give anybody an interest free loan, basically. For whatever it's worth - - - I prefer to be charged "up front" for stuff I pre-order. Right now I have about 6 things pre-ordered (from various stores) and it's a pain trying to remember how much is going to come out of my account and when. I don't have an unlimited bank account, I'm on a budget. Sometimes that debit account is getting a little low for the few days before pay-day..... |

Like I said, it gets frustrating sifting through complaints and flat out misinformation and dealing with the exhaustion of it, and you're right, I could have just posted a straight and narrow response but I jump into it because it's fun to give long winded detail here. I've always prided myself on being a normal person with everyone, good or bad. As for uninformed, like I told Apocalpyse...tongue in cheek. It's less funny or enjoyable to me now that I've had to point that out, though. Oh well  Thanks for being old school in your waiting. |

Ringside has always been good to me so I don’t have anything to complain about. The figures were delayed for whatever reason so it will be a little bit of a wait. A lot of you are acting like RSC is holding them hostage in the basement and refusing to give them to us. RSC has had my $75 for a few months now, what’s a few more weeks. It would be dumb to cancel your order to get your money back….only to re purchase and wait for a back order. I’ll take Toms interaction with the board, even though he may have a bad take or two over no interaction at all.

Was the container already off the vessel but needed to be checked in? Did customs stop it randomly to inspect? Might be the wrong place to ask, but I preordered this pretty early on, and then several months later moved. I emailed Ringside about it and they responded that they’d updated my new address, but my account page still shows my old one. Has anyone had this happen? I figure I should just email them again, but with all the mail they’re getting over this being delayed I’d like to avoid adding more work for them if I could. |

When I moved, I went to the post office to have all my mail forwarded to my new address. They do this for a year I believe. Gives enough time to update all addresses in the mean time. Not sure about getting FedEx on board, but that's why I choose USPS for most of my packages. |

I heard from an inside source that the port employees are going prioritize the Outsiders figures. On a serious note, I prefer to be charged up front as well. I hate that Target and Walmart put random holds on my account. Ringside will always let you cancel if you change your mind.
