I picked up MNW Series 4 Stone Cold and Hennig for the legs and torso of HBK. I had some spare arms from the Mean Gene BAF (they appear to be the exact same arms as HBK with different hands) and put on the RSC Defining Moments HBK head and hat and the spare head from the Amazon Fan Central Ultimate HBK. Here's what they look like.

The Brock Lesnar cowboy hat also looks good, but I didn't take pictures of it.
