Abercrombie submits Ricochet 8:28 -Should be good, I was leaning more towards Ricochet winning though.
Joker pins CJ Otis 5:05 -I'm glad Joker went over in this one, I just wish it wasn't such a short match.
Human Tornado pins Eddie Kingston 9:13 -I'm really glad Tornado went over Kingston in this one it should be pretty good.
Davey Richards submitted BJ Whitmer 14:13 -This should be pretty damn stiff and I'm very happy to see Richards walk away with the victory.
Devon Moore pinned Dysfunction 5:10 -I love me some Devon Moore so I'm very happy he won.
Mike Quackenbush submitted Billy Roc 11:52 -This has got to be a great technical match all around, I'm glad Quack went over.
Brent Albright submitted Tank 5:08 -I don't care for either so blah.
Joey Ryan pinned Brandon Thomaselli 9:55 -I'm glad to see Joey Ryan go over, made sense because of how over he's been getting in IWA-MS since he arrived there.
Nate Webb pinned Drake Younger 8:58 -I'm glad they gave it to Nate, as much as I like Drake he's just been winning to many tournaments so it's good to see him go out early and give others a chance.
Claudio Castagnoli pinned Nigel McGuinness 11:22 -Should be a top-notch match all around I didn't have a perference for who won cause both are great.
Scorpio pinned Chris Hero 19:31 -Should be good, I'm kinda sad that Hero didn't go over though.
Chuck Taylor pinned Jimmy Jacobs 26:01 -This should definitally be awesome, both are 2 of my current favorites. I'm happy to see Chuck go over.

More detailed results:
8:55 - Coming out of the photo BJ Whitmer jumps Jimmy Jacobs, Chuck Taylor jumps in and hits an Omega Driver on Jimmy as the refs break it up, Jimmy gets on the mic saying "I've told AAW that I'm busy tomorrow night and if they plan to use me, I better be put on first, cuz I'm taking the TPI"
8:58 - First Match is in the ring Josh Abercrombie vs. Ricochet
9:08 - Abercrombie goes over with a Taliban backpack ((both men on top rope)) followed by a submission hold ( appeared to be a new one )
9:11 Match 2 - Joker vs. C.J. Otis w/Joey Eastman is coming to the ring For record biggest pops during group intros was probably Quack, Claudio, Kingston, Tornado, Chuck and Scorpio
9:14 Joker and CJ Otis are working STIFF (in case you didnt expect that) on Commentary has been Ben Jordan Hero and xOMGx
9:19 Joker over with a Whiplash Powerbomb in a very impressive but short match. CJ looked good in defeat, Eastman announced it's his last night in IWA
9:20 Match 3 -Eddie Kingston vs. Human Tornado is on its way to the ring
9:22 HERO AND KINGSTON ARE JAWING DURING THE INTROS !!
9:34 Kingston hit one lariat where he murdered Tornado and looks right at Hero, Tornado goes over when King misses a backfist and Tornado hits "that n**** dead" ... Hero on the mic now "One more time lets clap for that LOSER Eddie", Eddie hops the rail and goes right after Hero but is restrained by "officials"
9:37 King on the mic "I'm not playing anymore Ian, I dealt with polotics in CZW and Chikara, I'm not about to deal with it here. When Scorpio beats him later tonight, I want you to make the match, I'm gonna kill that bitch tomorrow night" Ian told Eddie id he interferes in Hero's match he's banned for a year.
9:40 Match 4 -Davey Richards vs. B.J. Whitmer Crowd seemed to fill out at about 225-250 Nice stiff match here whats you'd expect with these 2 9:55 Davey goes over with the keylock arm submission about 15 min match ridiculous solid back and forth action
9:57 -Devon Moore vs. Dysfunction is on the way to the ring Dys is over BIG with the crowd and the IWA sound system dies during "NOTORIOUS"... Dys is murdering Devon with stiff everything but Devon keeps kicking out. ... Drake is on commentary right now
10:04 Devon Moore kicks out of everything showing his "incredible heart".. then he counters super rubix cube into a rana and hits a shooting star for the victory and we go to -INTERMISSION 10:21 Jason Dukes has interupted Intermission and is cutting a promo. Dukes says since he beat Kidman in NWA Midwest last week he deserves a bye into the second round and he's not leaving till Ian makes it right... Out comes Ian... Ian says Ed Chuman isn't here tonight so he's not getting any "Bi's" tonight Ian just ordered security to arrest him and they took him down and arrested him! Ian took the midwest x division belt, wiped his ass with it and said Dukes can have it back when he bails out, then he said he can probably get 2500 for it from Chuman cuz he's a "Belt Mark"
10:28 - Match 6 -Mike Quackenbush vs. Billy Roc THE LIGHT HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE IS ON THE LINE !!! .. Quack is putting on a technical display ... Quack goes over in 12 mins with the lightning lock .. Billy Roc did put together a strand of near falls
10:42 Match 7 -Brent Albright vs. Tank ... Tank jumps him during intro's and IT's ON !! 10:49 Brent hits an overhead german on Tank and uses an Armbar submission .. Tank looked bigger than ever Brent goes over
10:51 Match 8 -Brandon Thomaselli vs. Joey Ryan 11:03 Joey Ryan goes over with a Super Kick
11:05 Match 9 -Drake Younger vs. "Spyder" Nate Webb ... BIG POP for Drake NATE is OVER too (see pic below) ... Starts out with mat amatuer wrestling .. OMG on commentary states that drake wrestled amatuer in high school ... Drake and Nate go back and forth both are showing that they belong in the TPI .. Crowd is split big time 11:20 Nate goes over with some crazy flippy superplex type move off the top rope outstanding match standing O for everyone out commes Ian.. Ian announces that the Cubs are the NL Central champs crowd pops !!
11:22 Match 10 -Claudio Castagnoli vs. Nigel McGuiness THey exchange European Uppercuts ABOUT 40 !! Nigel no sells the last one and hits a lariat (yeah no sells you heard me ) 11:36 Claudio reverses the Nigel Rope Swing Lariat (#532 during this match) into a Ricola Bomb and goes over ... Crowd seems to have this as MOTN so far
11:38 Match 11 -Chris Hero vs. Too Cold Scorpio Hero comes out to "I need a Hero" and Scorpio is over as a HUUUUGE Babyface here ( THE TITLE MATCH IS THE MAIN EVENT LIKE ALMOST EVERY IWA Show ) ... Hero is on Fire they had a lengthy cravate/counter cravate exchange everytime Hero gets the upper hand he follows with a silly taunt or dance ...The theme of this match has been Hero getting the advantage but instead of following up he taunts allowing the wily Scorpio to recover and make Hero pay for the taunts ...This match has turned into a classic at about the 20 min mark Hero stiffs him good 12:03 Scorpio over with a perfect 450 a HUGE Loser chant goes out to Hero ... Here comes Kingston BRAWL !!!!
HERO vs KINGSTON tomorrow NO DQ Last Man Standing !!!!
12:08 - Match 12 Chuck Taylor vs. Jimmy Jacobs also for the IWA Heavyweight Title ... The Main has yet to enter the ring brawling all over by the gimmick table .. Chuck is hanging from the rim and Jimmy spears him... Jimmy has dominated the entire match Chuck hasnt gotten in anything offensive ,...It's Babyface Chuck now! Jacobs woke taylor up with a bunch of slaps and now chuck is bringing the mean/viscious streak ...Jimy goes for a big dive over the top to the outside chucky moves and jimmy hits the rail... Jimmy Barely makes it in at the 19 count wearing a crimson mask ..During the count Chuck told a kid his parents dont love him, god doesnt love him and god doesnt exist CROWD POPS ... This match is telling an awesome story showing both men have major mean streaks ... Jimmy went for contra almost reverses to Awful Waffle Jimmy reverses omega to sunset flip chuck kicks out and goes after jimmy's injured knee ... As we spproach the 20 min mark Chuck has torn off jimmy leg brace and has him in the figure four, head butts and slaps (STIFF) are exchanged Chuck calls Jimmy ZACH GOWEN ... Locker room has emptied to watch the finish .. NEAR FALLS EVERYWHERE ... Jimmy goes for contra chuck slips out distracts Bryce kicks jimmy in the nuts AWFUL WAFFLE for the 3 !!! ... This was MOTN ... Chuck is breakout star of night 1

Despite it lacking some 'bigger' names from the previous years, Night 1 looks really solid.
Hero/Kingston will be brutal.

nice, i'm hoping we only get those 8 matches maybe a few bonuses. you want no conclusion to the tournament the 8 matches listed, 3 round 3 matches, then a 3 way finals.. 12 matches, and I'm guessing there won't be anything else, considering 12 matches will make a ridiciously long show..

12 matches in nothing. If CZW can do 20 plus in one night I'm sure IWA could do at least 15.

All the matches are short and it's not like they were interesting to begin with. Sounds like night 1 was a crap show and night two looks even worse aside from Kingston/Hero but the feud doesn't even have any build to it like their CZW matches did. It's just being done for the sake of it being done.

Kingston/Hero is awesome. Cant wait for these 2 to go at it again.
Man, I really hope Quack pulls TPI off. This is a tournament that he shines in year after year and yet has never won it.
