Shawn from 2002 has gotta be the favorite. Could also be 94. 95 has already been done (although could be re-done), 96 is an option, but the look is very close to some others done, 97 feels like a BAF, and I guess 03 could be an option. 05 is done, and 09 is very similar to the Vault released figure.
My guess is William Regal is from 2007 where he did a bunch of backstage segments with Vince and Coach.

With Mattel in their wacky face era, I could totally see a backstage segment figure of Regal in the baseball cap when he was dancing with Cryme Tyme. |

Regal did lose to Christian for the ECW title in 8 seconds a summerslam I would prefer a wrestling attire regal or just another suit.

The BAFs are not always PPV attire, correct? Like Rude never wore that suit at SvS. I wanna say that GM guy in one of the most recent waves wasn’t PPV attire.

Ultimate rock will probably be his Wrestlemania cloth attire with wrestling gear and updated tattoo...at least I'm hoping No official word on if he comes with soft goods or not yet. But I really hope he does.  Is this real!? Are we really getting the People's Championship Title Belt!? |

My guess is with Mattel producing the new Smoking Gunns leg/boot mold to be a good indicator that it will in fact be Shawn Michael's in his 2002 attire.
