This Kane is actually based off the Summer of 2000, and yes, both his eyes were painted. I don’t know why Mattel does little things like this. Probably just another miss.

Kane never wore the mask without pain on his eyes. It's looks off. I think you mean "paint" but this sentence still works lol

Hey, at least he actually has glossy, laceless boots. First time ever for a Mattel Kane so it only took them 14 years to get that right

If I were them I'd be a bit embarrassed to have so many Kane figures releasing or re-releasing around the same time displaying an array of inaccurate parts and inconsistency

The same way Jakks did it on the R3 on one of the greatest Kane figures of all time. Exactly this I hated the R3 figures but holy hell the Kane and Big Show were so good

Exactly this I hated the R3 figures but holy hell the Kane and Big Show were so good I loved em. The face scans were generally great for that time plus I always liked the finger articulation

Going to give this one a miss and hope we get the Ultimate down the road. Although the mask heads have definitely improved since the first Ultimate introduced them, there’s still lots missing on elites, he’s way too skinny and they keep missing key details out.

I agree, but holy moly this "mesh" looks cheap as hell. They just painted it a darker shade than his skin. i mean…how else would they have done it? actual mesh molded into the plastic?Like they did for the UE

I just don’t see anything interesting about this Kane. It doesn’t have the UE molded belt, no new mask sculpt, cheaply painted on mesh too. The ringside version is almost the same thing and they didn’t bother to give him the correct boots.

If Mattel wants to better it, they need a new 100% ACCURATE SHAPE mask headscan That would be impossible now. Even if he grew his hair long (which seems unlikely in his current life), he doesn’t have the same hairline.

Man, Kane was so cool in the 90s. I remember when I got his first action figure as a kid. I was ecstatic, man. Even if it was that lame Slammers series with the karate chop action. I even got the full BCA two-sleeve 2-pack with Mankind a few months later, but I kept playing with the Slammers one more because that one-sleeve looked way cooler.

First ultimate didn't, second one did. Then they'll gloss laced boots for him sometimes but often times not

To be honest, the biggest issue with this Kane is the lack of mascara on the eyes.
It just looks weird without it.

I think its so cool that Golga is getting that b.a.f figure.
Having guys like disciple, golga etc really fill out rosters. Great deep divea and John tenta was a hell if a talent even if his golga character wasnt that popular with many people
Also really looking forward to seeinf how people customize it with cartman mini figures and decals
