I bought a Decade of Dominance Kane last month and as I was taking him out of the package his right arm came out of the peg, it can still be inserted but is there a way to get it to stay

Do you mean the bicep cut? Because my DoD Kane has the same issue. I can pull his right arm off the peg above the bicep at least a good amount. Not sure if I can pull it completely off. I never tried.

Dab a touch of super glue on the peg and re attach and swivel the arm to retain movement until dried
