Does Kronik count? That's unironically one of my biggest wants in Mattel form.
A lot of junk from the twilight of WCW would probably pop me. Go ahead and single pack Jason Jett in a main event set, I'll find a way to get my hands on one.

Gobbeldy Gooker was always my grail for this category since they showed the prototype all those years back.

Anyone, star or jobber, that was from the '86-'93 Era is an automatic purchase for me. The ones that are hard for me to buy now are Attitude Era-Ruthless Aggression Era...Nothing about that Era pops. Its just same ol guys in same black tights/trunks. So for actual names Id consider from the Era I shoot for, Brooklyn Brawler, TL Hopper, Freddie Joe Floyd, Rebel Dick Slater, SD Jones, Corp Kirschner, Boris Zhukov, General Adnan, Skinner, Jameson, any version of Lanny Poffo, Barry O, Iron Mike Sharpe (although my custom is pretty...Sharp!) It’s really telling that the only noteworthy acts WWE created between like Cena and The Shield are Hornswoggle, Boogeyman, and Great Khali. Almost anyone else that came up from that time is still active or just a guy. |

For me, it would be non-wrestling personnel. Maybe I’m too deep in the trenches, but none of the wrestlers they make figures of surprise me. The Goon? Not surprised.
But Renee Young surprised me. The Fink surprised me. Referee Danny Davis really surprised me. John Cone surprised me because I never expected a modern referee no matter how badly I wanted one (and now have 3 of him and might get more if the price drops). Referee Teddy Long surprised me. John Cone’s kid surprised me because who tf wants that? Kid Dominic surprised me.

Sean O Haire from 2003? Count me in. He had a great attire that would great in AF form.

Zhukov-yup Ill take him to complete the Bolsheveiks
Dick Slater? 100%. I loved the Hardliners and would like to see figs of them.
Corp Kircshner? again-hed be a straight up buy.

If also like a ref Nick Patrick Nick Patrick would make for a perfect 2-in-1 WCW/NWO figure. Have him in classic blue ref gear (molded, short sleeves), serious headscan with goatee, BUT also include a cloth NWO shirt, neckbrace and sunglasses. Would be great to get some more classic referees. Nick Patrick, Randy Anderson and Mark Curtis are my top wants. |

Literally every single one. There is no list here, any figure that is released that meets this criteria is one I want because I'm building an entire "Gimmick Shelf" that is dedicated to Wrestlecrap and "How did we even get this figure" figures.

I won’t hold my breath on that one just cause my other one came true though. You know, honestly I feel like the MSP is more likely to happen with Shane OUT of the company. I don't know if Pete is still employed (they were keeping him on the payroll just for the corporate softball team), but Shane and Rodney got into a fistfight ages ago and Shane essentially blacklisted him from the company. With Shane gone I'd say there's now a non-zero chance of it happening. Like, millionth of a percentage point, but Shane's not there to directly try and prevent Rodney from getting signed to a legends deal. |
