What’s the Inspiration for New Day’s Attire?

I just got Elite 112 Xavier Woods and I plan on getting 113 Kofi, but I have no idea what the inspiration for their attires are. I thought maybe it was a tribute to Bray Wyatt, but they have very distinct New Day palm tree logos on their entrance vests.

Does anybody know what this attire is supposed to be? I am stumped.
