It's pretty much a tradition for the returning guy to do the job on his first match back. Kobashi did it in 2002, Takayama did it last year and Kobashi did it once again.

It's pretty much a tradition for the returning guy to do the job on his first match back. Kobashi did it in 2002, Takayama did it last year and Kobashi did it once again. I'm fully aware of that, but that also is not very realistic. And the quote in your signature is greatness.

Realistic or not, the match was great.

NOAH is just plain growing period. They have so many great talents now.

NOAH is just plain growing period. They have so many great talents now. They're not 'growing'. They hit a huge slump this year, and having Misawa as champion and having shitty matches doesn't help matters at all. NOAH is 'recovering', if anything.

Misawa hasn't had any shitty matches really. Just sub-par ones.

Why? He's a good wrestler and everything but he is no where near ready yet.

Why not take a chance on him.

Because they took a chance with Marufuji, and that pretty much flopped.

KENTA is a great addition to NOAH. His style is great and I'm a big fan of his, but I don't think he's just ready to be the leader of the company yet.
