I watched WSX twice, and it seemed really hard to follow. It was like a wrestling show with ADD. They went from spot to spot, and edited out the transitions (if there ever were any... chances are there were). There was very little continuity.

I really enjoyed WSX, but those explotions looked really fake.

MTV definitely had ulterior motives for cancelling it. The fireball story seems like bullshit...I mean c'mon, when did the network that brought you Jackass get so uptight?

I think MTV not promoting it properly is what killed it. WSX was cool and a true alternative to wwe, unlike TNA. TNA is a wannabe wwe.

What killed WSX?
It sucked. Plain and simple. It was like watching a hack circus.

Although MTV could have done more to promote it, what really killed it was overbooking forcing so much into such a short time, nothing had any impact or seemed to ever go anywhere.
I hated it to be honest.

i thought the booking was very good, very well thought out. They had some really good plans for the future.

MTV plus the ratings started dropping rapidly. I really enjoyed it though.

The horrible editing, crowd, and commentary. What ever nate Webs name was, John Webb or some shit, the announcer would say both names off and on during the match, way to confuse a new fan. They also called a powerbomb a ganso bomb.... need I go on? Yes. There would be times the wrestlers would be down and they'd cut to a different camera angle and they'd be standing up again. and the fact that you can't have a proper pro match with psychology in five minutes.

I think it was a bunch of things. They were making it too cartoonish, and with it being on MTV, I think it was a bad idea. I think what they were able to do in 30 minutes though was impressive though, and they had the right idea of leaving you off so you would have to tune in again to see what happens. It's just I think it was bad timing, bad channel, bad ideas, and they were trying too much to be fancy with effects that were probably expensive to edit in, and still looked cheap. It was more comedy when explosions would go off, rather than "oh crapthat was cool!" which I think is what they were trying to go for being on MTV.
