Matt Sydal, who works regularly for Ring of Honor and in Japan for Dragon Gate (and was featured as the heel model character in Wrestling Society X) is scheduled to appear at the Impact tapings this Monday in Orlando, Florida.

Why do I have a feeling that Sydal was on an honor system with Gabe until his WSX contract expired and now he's giving the shaft. First Jacobs was talking about him and WWE and now this crap.

Sydal isn't under contract to either company, therefore, he can be booked by both.

I hope he does go in TNA, would be great in the X Division, could really hold the belt as his heel persona like he did in WSX.

There's a really interesting story behind this one. Meltzer should have it in the next issue. I can't comment, but it's really going to be pretty funny to see who gets the worst end of this.

Damnit, if they sign Sydal I will be soooo damn pissed. They have tryed ruining so many great talents from Indys as of late...they bring them in and have them shine for like 3 weeks and then just let them slowly die as they are only used in match-fillers... that. Sydal better not sign with them.... |

Although the story I heard seems a bit far fetched, if it happens that way and I expect it to it will be great fodder for ROH fans to discuss. |

Sydal on Impact would be awesome, but I'll let him stay in ROH, Dragon Gate, and other promotions where he isn't gonna be asigned a gimmick from the 80's WWF.

It'll probably just be for a squash match.. Sydal and Delirious did some stuff for TNA in the past, and nothing really came of it. He'll probably just end up jobbing to Bubba Ray Dudley in a couple of minutes, ala Brandon Thomaselli |
