Hey there, CHIKARA fans. We've been holding this one off for a few days now, but our Director of Fun Leonard F. Chikarson is finally ready to make a BLOCKBUSTER announcement for our Maximum Overdraft show. For just the 2nd time in history, CHIKARA's Campeones de Parejas will go head-to-head with the Ring of Honor Tag Champions. The first match saw Chris Hero and Claudio Castagnoli take on Austin Aries and Roderick Strong last September, and now we will see Icarus and Gran Akuma take on the most daunting challenge of the careers when they step into the ring with the red hot BRISCOE BROTHERS in a non-title contest.
This one is going to be off the charts, and it all happens LIVE on August 5th at the New Alhambra Arena in Philadelphia as part of our "Maximum Overdraft" show. Doors open at 3:30 and first bell is at 4. Tickets are on-sale now,

Damn, I can't imagine Briscoes in Chikara...it just doesn't click right..but none the less I love the Briscoes so it should be cool to see them take on Team FIST.

Heh, Briscoes might as well call themselves the best in the world. They are easily seen as that by most, and they continue to explore new stuff. They're definately at the height of tag team wrestling right now.

I gotta see this show. I love FIST and I've heard nothing but good things about the Briscoes, so this could be a mind blowing match
