Like most other petitions, this won't do anything. I liked WSX. I felt with the small half hour, 22 minutes they had, they effectively used that 22 minutes. I liked seeing some guys from the indies getting on TV, especially Joey Ryan and Arik Cannon. Although you have to see this from a business point of view. The show was getting generally low ratings. Some shows have their small dedicated cult audiences, but usually, MTV doesn't cater to the small cultlike audiences. They somewhat do on MTV2, like when Celebrity Deathmatch was brought back, but MTV usually doesn't cater to the small audiences, that why of the little music they play, they play mainstream pop and rap music for the most part. It's what a great portion of what MTV's audience of mostly dimwitted celebrity obsessed youths with a short attention span listen to, and a great portion of the programming is aimed at them. They play that music, as it's what's popular. WSX, while it was good for what it was, generally had low ratings. Even if it has it's cult audience, that usually won't save a show from cancellation. It's happened before. Othewise, the gist of what I am saying is "this isn't going anywhere".
Also, even if it did get back on MTV, there would be no Matt Classic most likely, as Colt Cabana is with WWE now. They could find someone else, but people would probably be able to see the difference.

Jack Evans couldn't lose sleep over this. Matt Classic is beyond giving a  as he's potentially living his dream. So yeah on that note, quit dreaming, Wrestling Society X was testing the waters to see if it'd be accepted on the platform they set it out to be. Guess what? It wasn't, and only the wrestling fan's tuned in while everybody else prayed that some re-runs of the Real World would push the show into eternal damnation. |

WSX was a really fun show when it lasted. I really liked WSX but theres a few reasons it won't be brought back. For one ROH is now signing guys to contracts. Another is Teddy Hart and Colt Cabana are now on their way to live their dreams in the 'E and Matt Sydal will either be signing a deal with WWE, TNA or ROH in the very near future. Not to mention Jack Evans I'm sure makes enough with ROH and Dragon Gate and then he always has bookings for JAPW PWG, & FIP when he's available.

I'd love nothing more than to have WSX back on TV. I mean i loved the shows, have them all written onto CDs

I don't really care about WSX but if we were to get this in ROH: that would be fantastic. THAT....would rock anywhere. I was thinking if Sydal signed with the E. He could goto Smackdown and be aligned with Michelle McCool. She could be his teacher and he her favorite student. NICE! |

Please give me a break that stuff was ok but it was mainly a rib off wrestling the wrestlers kicked ass but the storylines were pretty much just making fun of wrestling
for example they said matt classic was this huge wrestler back in the 70's who crashed his car and was in a 30 year coma and when he woke he didnt know any new moves
and the fish guys it was a joke
how about we get a petition to get Jack evans,human tornado,and matt sydal into the wwe

how about we get a petition to get Jack evans,human tornado,and matt sydal into the wwe Jack Evans belongs nowhere near a WWE ring. He wouldn't be allowed to do a great amount of his moveset. And even if he was able to wrestle his current style, the schedule would take a massive toll on his body. Tornado, for some reason I could see, maybe it's his whole "balls of steel" followed by a pimpslap bit. I like Sydal, but I don't want him to lose the Sydal Press and "Clavicle". ~CMD |
