Is there any way to translate that site? Every time I try to view it I see nothing but a bunch of question marks.

You can through Google, but it's easy to use without it.
You can see there are 3 columns of links. The top left one says NOAH, and under it are dates. Click a date for an event.
Then, there is a screen with a bunch of stuff on the top, then some centered boxes with red buttons in the middle. each red button brings you to the match review, and one the right side are the pics, which you can click. Bigger matches have a little button on the top of the right side column of pics that bring you to a full page of pics for the match.
