Here is my thoughts on WSX: I liked it because it didn't try to be someone amazingly complex wrestling promotion. More or less, it was like " it...let's give the people some entertainment." TNA comes off as trying to be so serious and features so many guys that are passed their prime. Why watch the same theme of wrestling with guys like Rhino, Abyss, The Steiners, Jarrett and more when I can watch it with Sydal, Scorpio, DIFH, etc.? Plus, I really am not a fan of "OMGZ matwork". Psychology is a must, but the indies is pretty void of that anyway. Really, if I want matwork for the sake of matwork, I'll watch 2006 Nigel or 1985 Flair. I love Puro junior wrestling with exciting moves rather than the mundane "hit him hard for a while" style of the 1990s AJPW. I love spots and flippy wrestling. It's fun. Sorry if that conflicts with others opinions.

The thing is, people bash stuff all the time for lacking selling, for lacking psychology, for lacking mat work, etc., yet LOVE this? When you read a review of a match or something, people nit-pick at the exact same things that WSX features. SO, I have no clue why this is so popular when I guarantee 95% of the people that say they like WSX on here have bashed another match or whatever for something WSX lacks...which makes no sense to me.

Context. 3. Target Audience. I'm pretty sure when you think about it, you'll answer your own Question.

No. Trying to say "omg they have exploding piranha's" and "this isn't supposed to e for wrestling fans" still doesn't cover the fact that people are enjoying the matches when they have all criticized the same stuff.
