Thanks for this, the dream tag match should be done, it'd be a great draw, and a great match. Get well soon, big 'Bashi.

I still want to see Muto vs. Kobashi before either of them retire.

This is a bit odd to me. I don't see this anywhere on Puroresufan.com at all. I know that picture must be recent though.

I still want to see Muto vs. Kobashi before either of them retire. Didn't Muto say in 05 he wanted to face Kobashi before he retired? I think that match could sell out ANY Japanese stadium, or arena.

Awesome news.
Can't wait for Kobashi's return.
And if the match with Muto vs. Kobashi were to happen, I would mark out.
Sadly, I would imagine politics would prevent that dream match from ever happening.

Great news...I hope he really does come back as the "perfect" Kobashi. I miss seeing the guy wrestle so much.

I could just imagine Muto vs. Kobashi right now. Muto nails the Shining wizard, and as soon as Kobashi rolls back he gets to his knees and does the power face and gets up. Oh, for Jeffy may dream.

Awesome news. From what I've read, they're hoping to make Kobashi's return match what was supposed to Takayama's return match: Kobashi/Takayama VS Misawa/Akiyama. That should be ridiculous.

So wait, wait, wait....Kobashi's return is in the tag match he was supposed to be in last summer?
Would rather have Kobashi/Misawa for the belt, honestly.

It can't be easy to go from cancer and being like 2 thirds of your body weight right to omg headdrop GHC ftw. It makes sense.

He'll probably be back in a NOAH ring on a limited basis in late 2007, early 2008. Hopefully he's still wanting to come back to work for ROH when he's able to.
