I've asked myself this question every time the current WWE product slumps or declines, i could be wrong on the timeline but ever since the early 90's, indy wrestling has become a great alternative for times when WWE/TNA's product is lackluster
I think it also gives the fan's bragging right to say "Yeah he/she's on WWE now, but i saw them when they first started"
Do you guys agree?

No, I don't think I would be a fan if it wasn't for indy's.

Without Indy wrestling, I probably wouldn't be involved at all. Outside of a rise in interest every year when a new Smackdown game is released.

I haven't watched WWE programming since like Goldberg was there. So I don't give a what goes on with them.

I actually stopped watching "WWF" for a while and then I started getting into CZW, ROH, IWA:MS and a few others and I still really only watch WWE when I'm at SEH's house.

Probably, most of us grew up on The Big 2 is what I chose. As long as WWE's still alive, I'll be a fan.

I probably would. Even as a diehard indy fan, I can admit that WWE has been doing some great stuff lately, particularly Cena/Umaga and Cena/Michaels 2.

Where is the Yes, I'll watch no matter what option?
I guess I'll choose "Other."

for me as I've talked about many times before, I was fan of JCP/NWA more so than WWF and WCW. I found ECW made up for what WCW moved away from. Then once ECW was gone I had nothing. So with out indy wrestling to provide actual wrestling, I either A) wouldn't be watching wrestling at all or B) studied abroad in Japan.
