What's the quality of te ROH DVDs,I'm gonna start buying te DVDs from the very beginning and I was wondering if the quality of the DVDs was good

The first year or so, they didn't have great quality. Just used house lights and were filmed with handheld cameras (at ringside) and a stationary tripod hard cam.
In April 2003, they got some good lights that really made the picture stand out. Since then, the production quality has gone up consistently. Sometimes, the cameramen forget to white balance the PDFs so the picture is distorted in color (green or purple depending on the background) but the promotion has really put money in making the product look first rate.
EDIT: I'll be honest. If I was starting from the beginning, I'd be more worried about the in ring production than the video production. 2002 ROH is kind of hard to watch anymore if you are coming off watching the current stuff. Just a big, big, BIG step down.

Yeah, plus about 11 or 12 of the early ROH DVD's are Out of Print and go for tons of money on ebay, so I'd suggest either getting copies or skipping those shows. Or, better yet, start from a more reasonable period, like maybe Reborn Stage 1 (2004) or even later, with Punk: The Final Chapter (August 2005).

i think roh's quality is finally reaching a good level. the dvds used to suck with all the fog and a few lights on the ring. the last few shows i got have great quality
