I ordered Good Times Great Memories off of ROH's website four weeks ago and it has yet to arrive. I used USPS Priority Mail and I live in Mass. Has anyone had to wait this long for an order or should I try contacting the website? Thanks for any help anyone can provide.

Wow, that is a real long time. My orders average six days to one week for arrival (I am in Virginia). So you should DEFINITELY contact them.

Email ROHHelp. They're excellent at solving problems and they are easy to work with.

I put a order in last week and I have still yet to get it, but I e-mailed them and I got a response from them in less than 24 hours explaining why I have not got it.
I really hope it does not take 4+ weeks to get mine, I might go insane.

Definitely contact, hoping you have your order number handy. ROH is reliable, you sure you didn't accidently order from TNA?  |

Thanks for the help guys. I actually meant to say two weeks, not four... but that is still a pretty long time for a package to travel from Pennsylvania to Mass.

My last package, to England took just 4 days... all my others have taken 5-6 days max - so I'd assume there is some kind of problem with your order...
