I was just watching a few DVDs and noticed they had a rather sick entrance ramp setup. Now do they just keep this setup at their home arena, and not bring it with them when they hit up other cities?

They use it at one place and I think thats the ECW arena. In Reading, Hellertown, etc. they use a curtain. No ramp and no tron. Its no theirs, as it is borrowed from CZW.

It's just a modified CZW Ramp.

It's not CZW's. It belongs to the New Alhambra arena and is used for both wrestling and boxing events.
