I find that my 'favorite match' changes frequently, and if it does for you too, then feel free to reply and tell us what it is, and let us know why.
As for me, I rewatched Austin Aries vs CM Punk from DBD, and was blown away. I feel like every time I watch it I fall in love with it more and more. So many awesome moments:
-Aries playing heel
-Punk's "last match"
-Punk finally winning the title
-The promo afterwards
and my personal favorite
-Punk kicking out of the Pepsi Plunge at 1 and the crowd going nuts.

I guess right now it would be the Fatal 4 Way Elimination match. Joe vs. Daniels vs. Gibson vs. Punk. Hell of a match and Punk played that heel to perfection. Love the ending.

As of late I have been digging on the Bryan Danielson/ Roderick Strong match from Vendetta, For some reason I love every second of this match.

Briscoes vs. Claudio/Sydal... the move variety, fast pace, and overall story makes this the best tag match I've ever witnessed.

CM and John Morrison:great match, constant action and these two worked well together, and plus, Punk won the belt!

My favorite match at the moment is KENTA/Davey Richards vs. Aries/Strong from Honor Reclaims Boston. I'm probably a little partial to that match because I was there for it, but I still love it.
Another ROH match I saw live that I really like is Punk vs. Styles in the finals of the Pure Wrestling Title tournament at the 2nd Anniversary show. there are a ton of others I like, but those are the top two at the moment

While I have many, Marufuji vs. KENTA for the GHC Heavyweight Title from 10/29/06 in Budokan Hall always comes to mind.
