....Hardcore wrestling is a crutch for people who dont have the skills to do it right. Why learn an arm drag, when you can just throw yourself through some glass? I know that is a wrong thing, and you should as well, these men have way more balls than you to do it. Hell a lot of them know how to wrestle, look at Chris Hero you dumb ass. Hell even Dusty Roads was a hardcore wrestler, along side tons of other legends. Terry Funk, and tons so don't tread on what you don't understand. you make me laugh SO LOUD

Yeah they occasionaly did hardcore, but they never based there careers off of it. They did it to end a fued, never because thats all they could do.

You see... the point of gimmick matches.... the point of blood and weapons and the such... is to build a feud.
Say you have a couple great technical wrestling matches with a guy that end up in some sort of stalemate... either a couple draws... and a few shared victories... and then all of a sudden that dirty rotten heel smacks you in the face with a chair after one of those hard fought WRESTLING matches.
Now, as a human being.... you want retribution. You dont just want to beat him with a backslide... you want to get him back.. and hit that bastard with a chair not just once... but TWICE!
So we head through this big string of crazy promos about how the heel liked hitting you with a chair and how much he wants you dead... and promos from you about how sweet revenge is going to be and eventually... it's going to lead to a big climax match where you're going to get a chance to use that chair and it's going to be LEGAL! YES!
Then in the end... you wipe that sumbitch out with that chair and all is well with the world.
Aaaaaaaaaaand then you go back to regular wrestling, because you accomplished what you needed to.
In conclusion... complete hardcore wrestling has absolutely no point and no direction aside from shock value. Even then, with the complete lack of talent most hardcore wrestlers have... the shock value isn't even there most of the time. It doesn't take "balls" to get thrown through glass... it takes a lack of intelligence and in most cases... laziness.
There's guys that can get over just by looking at you and then there's guys like JC Bailey with a backyard wrestler look and complete lack of everything to get over respectfully in the wrestling business that need to resort to doing halftarded stunts to get over for about 5 seconds... then have to do it again, but twice as halftarded (so fulltarded... I guess), for anyone to cheer for you twice.
I'm not telling you what to like, or who to look up to... I'm just not going to sit back and let you write like he's some sort of asset to professional wrestling when he's not.
If you enjoy professional wrestling, you need to research it's past and how it actually works before you say the things that you do. There's tons more to it than what you appear to understand.
You'll enjoy it THAT much more if you can pick out the clever little things, than just waiting for the over the top spots.

I can see your point, but they risk their lives in something you would never do, so dont bitch about them unless they are awful, and as it seems JC is better than you.

To be completely honestly, not judging or any thing, but Pure-Shape-Mind's rant is actually pretty well thought out. I mean it's fine and good if your style is that of deathmatch, but the limits are set so high, you're only killing yourself to reclaim them. Yes, guys get hurt in a standard affair, 15 minute or less bouts can draw mishaps. But no body is inhuman, why do you think Necro Butcher (just to name one) is so adamant(?) about being piffed? (thanks, shooter!) It's a temporary pain killer. He dimisses the pain but sure as hell wakes up feeling it and just says " it." To you, zombies, that's balls. But Necro could just as well take a double stomp to the face, and he has, no weapons required. It's not about machismo or guts, it's just limitations. There's no level of success just notoriety and an untraveled road to recovery.

seriously, you just need to be drunk as hell or high as hell, or in JC's case yacked out of your mind and you can do a deathmatch. it takes guts, mostly it just takes drugs.

And am a fan of him, I just think JC needs the respect he has earned, which to some would be little, but look at it like that, he is some what like Necro. But when you see them, they are complete different shades, but in common is, they risk their lives for us the people who watch.

Zombies, I say once again without judging, Necro and Bailey are two shades different but no where near comparable.
Necro last I knew, wasn't taking death defying odds, and JC's strong-suit isn't striking... that's a safe bet, right? I don't doubt he could hurt somebody, just rather JC punch me and NOT NECRO!
But yeah, what I'm getting at, is... Saying Bailey is in the same league as Necro would be like saying, Edge and Hero are in the same league.
I'd love to believe it, but Edge is not trying to be a main stream Hero.

JC's yet to earn any respect from me. sadly ive only seen one of his matches and it was a decent at best death match with botches. hmm, i could have seen a possible 2-3 more matches of his if he didnt himself over by stealing a TV.
