Yeah, for the first time in a long while, im actually excited about going to a wrestling event. I'm more excited about this event, than i have been for just about any event i've ever gone too, including ECW in 2000 (When TAZ came back from WWE and beat Mike Awesome for the ECW belt.) and WWE RAW.
I found out today, on January 25th me and my buddy Brett are driving from here, Indianapolis, to Dayton Ohio for the Ring of Honor show that night at the Montogomery County Fairgrounds.
THIS IS MY FIRST ROH SHOW! I've always wanted to attend a ROH show more than any other promotion besides CHIKARA, and now, i finally have the chance to go to one of their shows.
TO be honest, this doesnt sound like a random ROH show either, the main event has more hyped more than anything....
ROH World Championship Steel Cage Match
Nigel McGuinness (C) vs. Chris Hero
Briscoes vs. Jack Evans and Ruckus
Davey Richards vs. Erik Stevens
Bryan Danielson vs. Tyler Black -1st Time Ever
and the other talent announced....
This card, especially the Main, Black/AmDrag, and Briscoes/Vulture Squad all sound awesome.
Nigel/Hero should be beyond awesome...
Anyways, i just wanted to tell people this, im really excited about it. I was wondering if anyone could reccomend to me what i should do at the show or while im down there? Is there anything i should make sure i do at the ROH show to get the most out of my time there?
Also, this cage match is in Hero's hometown basically, correct?
