ROH champion Nigel McGuiness will miss tonight's ROH Final Battle in New York City due to the injuries he suffered last night at the PPV taping. McGuinness suffered a concussion, a broken nose and 14 internal and external stitches after smashing his face into the guard rail. There was some talk of McGuinness, who had just returned from a biceps tear, of taking time off again, but that's not confirmed.

The Four Way Main event tonight will now be for a 2/23/08 New York City title shot with Chris Hero vs. Takeshi Morishima vs. Bryan Danielson vs. Austin Aries.

Danielson and Rocky Romero also suffered concussions at last night's PPV taping.

Nigel needs to take a brake IMO, as he is just gaining more injury's. Also I hope Hero wins, he would be a great face as the ROH champion, and I would not like to see Morishima win, as he is with Noah. Now reason in that is, he should go for there gold, and he has not impressed me as much as Hero. Also he seems to be better than the others at the skill, and things in the four way.
