If the customer paid for overnight shipping and them item arrived 3 days after the post mark date, then either the shipper or the shipping service is at fault. If the package is not marked for overnight, its the shipper.

As mentioned it's common knowledge ROH is closed every Friday of a weekend where there are shows. Secondly due to security and postal regulations over night shipping is rarely if ever that. Third, if you order anything from ROH after 1PM when the products are taken for mailing they ship the next business day. Fourth, and most important you got your product safe and sound. Fifth, your parents waited to the last minute to order, obviously not knowing how ROH does business.

what day did you make the order?? because in business days Sat and Sunday don't get delivered on. so you'd have to wait till Monday or if you ordered on Sat you''d have to wait till Tuesday because it wouldn't ship till Moinday

Any company worth it's name would have proper shipping guidelines more than just hidden away in some Q&A on the forum, but on the final confirmation page, on the How to Order Page, you make 100% SURE that the customer, whether it's a dyed in the wool wrestling fan who orders every new release the day it comes out, or a family member who doesn't know anything about wrestling, will know this and see this. With this kind of mickey mouse bull **** you'd be amazed to learn the company spawned from a child molesting bootlegger. Wait... no, you wouldn't. For reference, I've used the ROH store on a few occasions and never had an issue. Usually got my stuff before I was expecting it. But my past good experiences doesn't justify the fact that on this occasion they were wrong, and they could do a lot better job explaining the way the store operates to casual customers.

The fact that they are out of office on double shots is all over, in newswires, which appear on the main page, as well as each press release with that same info in it. The parents should also be smart enough to know they are closed Saturday's and Sunday's as well. With this kind of mickey mouse bull **** you'd be amazed to learn the company spawned from a child molesting bootlegger. Wait... no, you wouldn't. Bwahahahahahahaha. No crapthe company was formed by a pedophile, Rob Feinstein. But also involved were Gabe Sapolsky, whose wife came up with the company name and the late Doug Gentry a great guy who was very smart. There's no mickey mouse mularky going on here, just a couple of dumb people who don't bother to find out specifics before making an order. For reference, I've used the ROH store on a few occasions and never had an issue. Usually got my stuff before I was expecting it. But my past good experiences doesn't justify the fact that on this occasion they were wrong, and they could do a lot better job explaining the way the store operates to casual customers. Would you like a video tutorial on how to do simple things that everyone else on the planet is smart enough to know how to do?

There was no advertisement anywhere Wow, you're an idiot. They put a banner right at the top of the damn site telling you there's shows that weekend, AND there is a section listing all the upcoming shows. All of this, BTW, is on the MAIN PAGE. As SG said, this isn't WWE or even TNA where there are a ton of people working to ship out merchandise. When they have shows, there's NOBODY at their office. We ordered it when they were off tour.

Ergh, JSWO, i dont think middle aged parents, are going to look a newswires and wrestling advertisements. Simple fact, it should've said something like, WE'RE NOT SHIPPING THESE DAYS.
...and its not common knowledge man, outside of smarks.

I know, if my parents attempted ordering somehing off the internet, theyd be stumped all day trying to do it.

Tell your parents to MAN UP But Respect Is Earned, and when ROH had his parent Driven to the edge, they need to consult in a Final Battle.

ROH was late and that is Undeniable They should of been Rising Above the call of duty and posted a banner saying that if you order it won't be shipped until the date of shipping.

Your parents should've realised it was the weekend, instead of just ordering stuff with Reckless Abandon... I've never had any problems with ordering from ROH - and I'm in England... As far as I can tell, they're Dedicated to giving good customer service... However, if the package wasn't marked as overnight, then you are entitled to some Redemption...

So, if ROH is double shotting doesn't mean they get to skip out of shipping stuff. I doubt everyone who works for them goes to every show. Plus, they should refund the shipping charges if they can't ship overnight. That's just good business. If they can't handle something that simple, they shouldn't offer overnight shipping.

And only smarks know when ROH is open, and they are nerds. If ROH only wants to ship to nerds, then their current format is cool. If they wanna ship to the rest of the world they should be more professional.

Plus, they should refund the shipping charges if they can't ship overnight. That's just good business. If they can't handle something that simple, they shouldn't offer overnight shipping. Everyone in the office is required to be at the shows to work merchandise and security as well as other roles. You can't ship overnight with security and expect to get the product the very next day. If you order after 1PM it doesn't go out until the following day. That's life. And only smarks know when ROH is open, and they are nerds. If ROH only wants to ship to nerds, then their current format is cool. If they wanna ship to the rest of the world they should be more professional. What's with the use of the term smark as an insult? It just make the person doing the insulting look like a nerd for even knowing to use the term as an insult. Besides that, anyone with "You might just be the next best thing but you're not me" in their signature on a wrestling toy message board isn't exactly screaming out popular crowd.
