After seeing some of those guys I wondered where they found some of them. I swear I saw at least four of them working at my local Walmart. I did plan on going but now it is really just a maybe.

They got some really good teams.....but the marquee names seem to be missing. -The Colony (Fire Ant, Soldier Ant & Worker Ant) -F.I.S.T. (Gran Akuma, Chuck Taylor & Icarus) -The Golden Trio (Incoherence & Helios) 3 really good teams there. I like Incoherence and Helios. -The BLK Out (Eddie Kingston & Sabian & Joker) -The Fabulous Three (Mitch Ryder & Larry Sweeney & Shayne Hawke) BLK Out is up there and Sweeney is so damn good, he is so much fun to watch. -Team IWS (El Generico & Super Smash Bros.) -Team F1rst Wrestling (Arik Cannon & The North Star Express) Generico is awesomeness. And Arik Cannon returns. Good stuff there. But its supposed to be Chikara's biggest show of the year and it seems to be lacking major star power. Last year was so damn awesome! But no Team TNA, no Sydal, no Japanese guys, no Lince Dorado, no Claudio or Hero, Quack or Jigsaw. I wonder if ROH is running a show that weekend. |

this could be really entertaining.. the Soul Touchaz may not be "name" but they are damn entertaining.. When I saw them, it really suprised me that the trio of Sal, Vito, and Brandon Thomaselli weren't in the field.. I'm sort of thinking they may be the 16th team.
Part of the reason a some of "names" are probably missing is IWA-MS is running their 500th show on the same night as night 2, which is a very "name heavy" show. The Indianapolis area talent is also split into IPW for night 2, which is where at least Vortex will be.
regardless, it looks like a great show. will probably have to get it on DVD when it comes out..

Id be satisfied with any of these teams winning: Colony - awesome triple team moves and over all my fav trio The Fabulous Three - .... they are fabulous, enough said teams that upset me are: Golden trio- Incoherence is ing great and im starting to really dig Delirious, however Richoshithelios ruins this team. Team F1rst - I feel bad for Arik Cannon, Northstar Express have not even slightly impressed me Im very excited for this KoT because I will be following and watching this season of Chikara from the start and its my first season of my new favorite fed. |

I dont recognize a few of the teams, but Im still pretty sure Id rather see them replaced with a Team TNA or PWG. Team TNA would have been cool as Petey Williams, Styles, and Christian. The dome show made me like them as a trio, however I doubt theyd ever allow Christian and probably even Styles on a show like Chikara. Last years Team PWG was good, but it would be cool this year as Joey Ryan, Karl Anderson, and Scott Lost. Me being partial to SoCal wrestling, Id love to see maybe even another team of SoCal names. Aguilera, Kaos, and Slymm or something along those lines would be fun. Or Pearce and the Ballard Brothers. The second would be a dream trio for me. |
