getting nhl 08 rather then 2k8 I really wasn't impressed with 2k8. Just the feel of it and the dekes were inferior to 08. |

What does everyone (all 4 of us?) think of maybe doing a NHL 08 tourny on 360? Sorry Sony boys  . Hopefully we'd be able to get around 8-10 people. I thought about doing a online league.. But Im not so sure though.  I would love to do a online league, we did it on NHL2k5 a long time ago. |

I'm never playing NHL 08 Again, i have the worst ing luck ever lmao. what?! :-o That was some great shit.. George and I played a couple of games.. First Game - Washington Capitals (Me) Vs. Toronto Maple Leafs (George).. I ended up winning that game about 3-2, right, George or was it 3-1? Then the second game was Montreal Canadiens Vs Nashville Predators (George).. I won that game 5-3... Ouch, Ryder was just on fire. Then the third and final game was Chicago Blackhawks Vs. Anaheim Ducks.. This one was tough and wild, especially in the last minute, lmao. I was losing, then I came back and win it. lmao. George, don't pull your goalie when you have the puck IN your zone.  :-P Helluva FUn! |

I pulled my damn goalie while I was going to rush out of the zone but my dumbass defensemen deflected the puck right to you. ughhhh.
and yeah, it was 3-2.

Wats the glitch? I tried looking for it, and all I see is some idiot pulling the goalie.. After a whistle after the goalkeeper is pulled and it goes to the face-off in the opposition zone, instead of the camera staying behind the empty net goal it switched to behind the extra skater rather than staying behind the goal. |

In NHL 08 i was looking for simon gamache for the leafs and i can't find what team he is on. I know he is in the game because i went to fanasty draft for dynisty and i was looking and he is in that so i know he is in the game. But i don't have a clue what team he was placed under if anyone knows that would be awesome thanks.

F*ckin'.. alright, so I traded in my crap copy for another and it was working fine. Then it started freezing again. Turns out my 360 is scratching the game. Yeah, no other games mind you, because I've also been playing a buttload of Halo 3. Just NHL 08. It scratches my copies and then comes up with a message saying, "Disc is unreadable", then it goes back to the Xbox dashboard.
I've never had this problem with any other 360 game. Ever. Just my first (and now second) copy of NHL 08. Super!
I can't live without a hockey game for a season, so I'll have to try NHL 2k8 and get used to it. My buddy says it's awful, but he's got a personal vendetta against the 2k games, so I'm thinking, it might not be as good as 08, but it can't be as bad as my buddy thinks. Plus maybe I'll get some goaltending in this game. NHL 08 is atrocious with goaltending. Truly awful. You can't rely on the goalies at all. It's not like they some how put the puck in their own net like 07, but they let in these goals that are balls weak.
