Anyone else excited about this partnership? I have watched Matthews since his days in OMEGA with Christian York and even his early days in ROH. Man, I remember he worked with Jeff Hardy and Krazy K for Jeff's only ROH match. He then worked his way to WWE and formed a successful tag team with John Morrison.
Now I think we get to see just how great the former Joey Mercury is. I am really digging his partnership in AOTF. I think AOTF went a bit stale. The initial hype was huge and it fizzled out rather quickly. Now you add someone like Matthews to the mix. Jacobs, Matthews, Black, Necro, Lacy and Allison. This is becoming more and more legit.
I am super excited about Matthews joining the ROH roster. Its a win/win for both. A solid worker joins a company that is in serious need of a larger, more solid roster. This bolsters for both.
