NOAH & NJPW Results: [7. IWGP Heavyweight Title: Shinsuke Nakamura (c) beat Hiroshi Tanahashi (24:44) with a cross armbreaker (2nd defense). I GOTTA SEE this match! Why? I can garuntee it isn't as their Wrestle Kingdom match.

SERIOUSLY?! how does Nakamura end this one?
I CANT'T believe Kensuke and Nakajima lost to Takayama and Sano. I would have bet good money that they were going undefeated.

I'm trying to get into Puroresu, could someone tell me in their opinion who to look out for that has wrestled in recent months? I've mostly watched Kenta Kobashi matches so maybe someone who has a similar style?

I'm trying to get into Puroresu, could someone tell me in their opinion who to look out for that has wrestled in recent months? I've mostly watched Kenta Kobashi matches so maybe someone who has a similar style? The only person that is really similar is Go Shiosaki. So try one of his matches. But I think you'd enjoy Toshiaki Kawada, Satoshi Kojima, Shuji Kondo, Yoshihiro Takayama, Jun Akiyama, Kensuke Sasaki and Yuji Nagata. If you want to go 90s or 80s, Mitsuharu Misawa, Toshiaki Kawada, Great Muta/Keiji Muto, Jumbo Tsuruta, Shinya Hashimoto, Genichiro Tenryu, Riki Choshu, Satoru Asako (Highly underrated, although he should be in the juniors list. He's retired now.), Takashi Iizuka. From the NJPW juniors, you need to see Jushin Liger, Shinjiro Otani (Zero1-MAX now), Tatsuhito Takaiwa, Takehiro Murahama (Not sure where he works now.), Koji Kanemoto, Tiger Mask (Satoru Sayama), Katsuyori Shibata (Although he has put on some weight and probably is no longer a junior. Plus he's no longer in NJPW.), Minoru, etc. Add Masanobu Fuchi to the great list of juniors. But he's from AJPW. Here's a match you will probably like to get you started. It's not too long and it's very fast paced. You'll love it. It's Yoshihiro Takayama vs. Katsuyori Shibata from NJPW G1 Climax 2003.

Sasaki vs. Takayama from that tournament was better. I know. I couldn't find it on YouTube though. Takayama/Shibata is really good for a short match.

I love Shibata. He was one of the more underrated wrestlers. I wish he didn't just up and leave NJPW back in 2006. He could have made it huge after his win over Tanahashi. Doesn't he work like, monthly in BIG MOUTH LOUD now?

I don't think Big Mouth Loud has had an event since 2006.
