Did anybody catch the first True Life ever on MTV, I'm A Pro Wrestler? They can't replay it because of all the WWF references, but i happen to get it on DVD. I really think another continuation of this could work now that the indys are getting more and more noticed, in comparison to the 1st one where the "indy boom" hadnt quite picked up speed
The first one focused (either minorly or majorly) on (in the indies and still active)
Tony Atlas
Robbie Ellis
Shark Boy
"Rapid Delivery" Rory Fox (when he first started out, recentley jobbed to Stevie on ECW)
Matt Stryker
Cody Hawk
Obviously TNA and WWE might be more strict in letting their stuff be documented, so if they struck a deal with ROH or another "Atlas like" story of legends on the indies that'd be cool
I also enjoyed the TLC documentaries as they focused on actual training and students who were willing to put effort into it. But the first True Life's main trainee was a coked up loser who bumped like crap. Suffice it to say when Les Thatcher finds weed in your hotel room, you might as well pack it in
