First off, I am trying to come up with 5 nominees for the following categories.
1. MVP
2. Most Annoying
3. Feud Of The Year
4. Most Shocking Moment
5. Most Improved Poster
6. Best New Poster
7. Most Missed Poster
8. Poster With The Best Sigs/Avatars
9. Most Hated Poster
10. Best Post Of The Year
11. Best Thread Of The Year
12. Comeback Of The Year
13. Most Popular Poster
14. Most Intellectual Poster
15. Funniest Poster
Hall of Fame
Most of the categories have all 5 nominees. I think they all make sense. But I need help with the following:
1. Best Post Of The Year
2. Best Thread Of The Year
Best Thread, I have 3 nominees already.
1. Ultimate Royal Rumble
2. WF's Ultimate Indy Wrestler Of The Year Tourny
3. Any JC Bailey Thread
4. ?
5. ?
I got nothing for Best Post....as I cant remember many. LOL!!! Need help guys!!!
The second big announcement is something I need help with as well. Since WM is coming and since KOT is coming and since we have had Indy tourneys that have worked out well. I say we have a tourney for the posters. Many of you participated in these before. Each poster will be able to cast a vote for team a vs. team b, etc. Each team will consist of posters that are randomly chosen to partner up.
Now.......here is the question. Should we do a tag team or a trios?

Lets here some opinions. We will only be taking active posters for this tournament. If you only post here occasssionally, you wont help your team and thus wont be allowed to participate. We are a tight knit community.

And cool to see these being done, but kind of weak that we have nominees. Which is basically singling people out. On that note, I'll vote, but I don't think it'll do any thing for my ego, seeing as Hexus never posted the Lounge awards that would put me at TRW's level intellectually... |

Well CBT......I'm willing to listen to another way to do it. Do you think we should just list each award and have each member post who they want to win from the entire board? I'm not sure how well that works out considering many people dont know who guys like SEH, Nathan, etc. are and really wouldnt be able to cast a HOF vote. Plus we could have a lot of ties too. |

To be honest, I think this is a pretty stupid idea doing it at the beggining of the year. End of the year would be better.

Do it based on stuff from 07.
And I nominate the kid who said he didnt know who KENTA was, then 45 minutes later he claimed to have just watched 5 SUWA matches on youtube. Post of the year.

8. Poster With The Best Sigs/Avatars - Asia
9. Most Hated Poster - any of those kids who thought they were behind the scenes in wrestling. like "the unspoken truth" or whatever there lame names were
10. Best Post Of The Year - "5 KENTA matches in 45 minutes"
11. Best Thread Of The Year - Chat thread
12. Comeback Of The Year - eh...

Since only Trios was suggested......then we will have a 16 team Trios Tournament. 16 Teams......48 participants. From big names like CBT, Ricky and Kliff to smaller names like AJ, King of Dred and Undietaker.
Tomorrow I will begin the brackets and get the polling setup for the awards. Each team will be drawn at random.
