It is from ROH Undeniable.

The guy on the left is Jimmy Jacobs. He runs the Age of the Fall with Lacey, Necro Butcher, (right) and Tyler Black (White shorts). Their faction is very cutting edge and gory.

The guy in the barbwire is Mark Briscoe. Him and his brother Jay Briscoe (The Briscoe Brothers) were feuding with the AOTF at the time.
