weights and walking. Not in great shape atm haven't been eating much and getting sick alot.

I just lift some weights during the week to work out arm and chest, but nothing crazy. I'm fortunate enough to have a really fast metabolism so I ca neat a lot of sh-t and not get fat. I'll have to take advantage of that now while I'm young though lol.

Just basketball really, whatever goes on in P.E, walking to and from school, umm walking whereever ect...

i wrestle for 3 hours monday wednesday and friday gym for about 2 hours tuesday thursdat and saturday i used to have a fast metabolism. i ate poorly my whole life and could still barely break 120 pounds. after training at UPW nd being in great shape at 150, i stopped doing anything and metabolism slowed insanely and i shot up to 185 but fat. now im the same weight but fit

Personally, i do alot cycling along with quite a bit of swimming and trampolining (which i find is most effective at shedding pounds). Also i apparently have a gym membership. So, if you do keep fit, how do you do it ? I don't i'm a fat s***

only eat twice a day, 50 push ups daily 100 sit ups daily lift weights on my machine every other day.
