Many times. One guy kicked me so hard in the nads I left my feet and was airborne. No joke. Like a football player punting a ball. But my friend got him back pretty good. We heard a popping noise and the guy was down on the ground for quite a while.

My sister and I were jumping on our trampoline when I was about 16. She was jumping around, trying to tackle me and such. She decided the best idea was to try to spring into me, grab my neck, and pull me down... Well, she tried to do that, my feet slipped, I fell forward, and fell directly onto her knees, one of which went DIRECTLY into my crotch. I literally BOUNCED off her knees.
It was awful. I felt like I was peeing blood for like an hour.

Yup. I was running to clean up spilled sunny d. My dog was running towards me (going the other way. Theres a gate there. She jumped over it. I got a Doberman nose to the Cahones

Yeah, but nothing that ever hurt THAT much. What hurts the most is when it's only a quick little movement...like racking yourself on your bike. Man, that sucked.
