Depends on the six pack. Run into the liquor store, grab it and bolt the outta there. Or. Just do like alot of situps, eat right. Just doing maybe like 100 situps a night, every night, for a week, then increase to 200, etc.

I've been doing sit-ups for a long time, and they work amazingly well. Just have to do it every day. Don't give them a rest.

Low body-fat, cardio, and sit-ups. Leg raises and pushes.
Hell, try "8 Minute Abs" on YouTube.
It works, and it's hilarious. "Ten more seconds, gang."

There is no easy way. You have to eat very well and do lots of crunches.

Leg Raises are good in addition to what had already been mentioned.

It's all about what you eat. Crunches will work your abdominal muscles, but if you're eating fatty foods it doesn't matter how much you work out. Less carbs and a full body workout is the best way to go.

There is no such thing as an "easy" exercise for abs. If it were the case everyone would have a six pack. Even in the infomercials there is a little disclaimer on the bottom of the screen. "Results not typical. Should be used along with healthy diet and exercise program". Just remember to do lots of cardio, along with a regular full body routine. Cardio cuts the fat away faster than anything and lets the stomach muscles show or any other muscles for that matter. You should do situps every other day. Just like any other body part, you shouldn't overtrain. You wouldn't want an oblique injury or something similar. Eat smart, no fast food. Drink plenty of water. Open up a fitness magazine and it will tell you the same thing.

If you get rid of the fat the abs will come through.
Then do the bicycle crunch the best ab workout.

There is no easy way to get a 6 pack, aside from going to the supermarket and buying one, but thats a different type of 6 pack.

how much would you say is a good amount? I did a hundred every two days and never noticed anything. Until I decided "hm, what if i push my self more?" and suspended my self from a horizontal pole in my house and pulled my self up level with the pole (and could only do 30.) That's when I noticed a change, but I seriously cannot walk after that.
any help on a lighter scale?

I do 100 sit-ups a day. I also run 1 1/2 miles a day to keep fat off, aswell as going to the gym 3 - 4 days a week.
