This morning, I woke up with horrible pains in my arm. I didn't do anything to hurt it the previous day, so I assume it was in my sleep. I think I tore or pulled a muscle, it hurts like heck.
Have any of you ever done this?

I'm sure everyone has slept on their arm/neck wrong and woke up with a cramp or in some kind of pain/stiffness because of it.
I did something weirder. I have my alarm clock ON my bed and in my sleep a few months ago I turned my head and smashed my forehead on it and got a big cut....i felt real dumb, lol.

I had sever neck pain due to sleeping and getting into awkward positions. I also once, wen i was about 8, fell out of my bed and landed on my entire Micro Machines city layout that took up most of my floor. I was more worried about them than me though. May aswell mention this too: One time i was sleeping over in a friends house, and he had that stupid Jakks "Giant Ring" (Jakks version of this: ) Anyway, we were sleeping in bunk beds, and he was on top, but whatever way he was sleeping, he rolled off the top of the bed and landed on the ring. Needless to say, anyone who has that ring will tell you, the turnbuckles dont budge. So he practically impaled himself on the turnbuckles. Had to go to hospital, too. Hurt himself pretty bad.... I laughed

Rolled off a top bunk in my sleep when I was 10 or so, and I wake up a lot with a sore neck. I don't know what I do in my sleep, but I must be in some pretty weird positions.

I've slept wrong a few times like everyone else, but a friend of mine actually gave herself a concussion in her sleep. Her bed was right up against the wall and she must of had one hell of a dream, because she tossed herself into the wall violently.

Its not hard to intentionally sleep on a limb/muscles/etc in the wrong way only to have it ache when you awake. Happenned to me before.
Boy oh boy you need to be careful with words in this thread....

I get horrendous leg cramps from time to time. I used to just deal with the heavy pain for 15-20 seconds but then I discovered a trick: stand straight up. It hurts a bit but once you do it the pain goes away and your leg is numb for the day. Weird shit.

I once slept on a sofa and half fell off it, when I woke up my neck was in pain and I couldn't move it, I had to go to the doctors and I looked like I was looking behind me all the way there.

Two nights ago, a framed cork board at the foot of my bed landed on me, it left a thumbtack in my bed and I rolled on it. It was a horrible chain of events that makes me look like a doofus.

Well yeah, I've had a pain in my neck before...
... But I have 'hurt' my girlfriend plenty of times before. I tend to move a lot in my sleep and my arms have violently smacked her in the face/head/chest on numerous occasions. It's kind of funny, but I try not to laugh because it's usually pretty hard -- and I don't want her to get pissed. Hahaha.
