I have never had a problem with bullying, but it is heartbreaking to hear some of the stories that come out of it. Definitely. I found it almost heart breaking to see it in action, sometimes. I never really got bullied, because I was pretty much cool with everyone at my school, but I have gotten into a fight over someone else getting bullied before. I mean, they would screw with this kid on a daily basis. I wasn't even a friend of his, but I just got tired of it. So one day, the kid got pushed, and I like ran across the room, and tackled the douche to the ground, and we just started swinging. Funny thing is, that bully is one of my best friends now

Ignoring them only goes so far. Tell a teacher or a guidance counsellor. This way if it ends up that you & the bully have a fight, you can always say "I told you I was getting bullied but you did nothing about it." Check to see if your school has a "no tolerance" thing about bullying. When I was getting picked on, I finally snapped & ended up just kicking him below the belt a few times. Yes, I didn't fight fair, but nobody bothered me anymore after that. Sometimes words hurt more than fists do.

Just Ignore it, Bullies feed on backlash and hate give them nothing and they'll stop bothering you.
Or take up some Karate lessons like most Parents say xD

Dude, you have to learn how to fight. Or you can get your mates and jump the ****er. I am never bullied but I hate it when I see others getting bullied. Ignoring them will only get you so far. They wont stop all the time.

they say most bullies are people that have been bullied,i can understand that.most people bully to look coll infront of there friends.worst thing you can do to a bully is try to be a smart ass with them itl just make them hate you even more.my advice jst discard everythink they say, dont rise to them the more of a reaction they get the more they will do it. ive never been bullied pretty much just get on with most people, but the idea of having to go to somewhere most days where people make your life hell must be terrible.just find comfort in the fact it aint gona last forever even if you cant find a solution now.

When somebody bullies you in school just punch them right in the nose. Nobody will ever bother you again.

Dark knight pretty much got it right on the head, ignoring them will lead them to carry on consistently to stop them you'll probably have to stick up for yourself and they'll crapthemselves. The problem with getting in fight's these days is the fact people have friends and these people have friends, this can lead to all sorts of problems like fighting in groups with weapons etc. I've been bullied before and Im not ashamed to say it, once I ended up smacking a kid on the chin and this lead to police coming round and questioning me because the boy's parents rang them up saying I had assaulted him when he clearly started it with the name calling and attempting to hit me but failed. The police were on my side and laughed at how stupid the case was and nothing more came to that apart from getting an ear hole from our assistant headteacher. The other time I put a guy up against the wall by the collar and hooked him in the stomach, he was showing off infront of his mates punching me on the arm and pushing me so I showed him what I thought. As expected he hasn't done anything since and he has always been one of those douchey kids that messes around in class. Good luck with your bullying dude, pretty much all of us have gone through it and remember tell them to stick where the sun don't shine... or pound there ass

I'm in eighth grade, too. I don't seem to have the same problem, but, maybe it has something to do with that we only have 7 guys in our class. I'd tell a teacher if it continues or say something.

you need to man up and shut them up. dont be a pansy and ignore them and shit, they know you can hear them. by ignoring you're basically admitting youre scared, people shy away from what theyre scared of. you need to learn the double leg shot and then ground and pound these bitches.
stop ignoring them and take action already. and you better not snitch

Everyone gets picked on sometime in their life. Someone told me that and it helped.

I have been bullied for how long. I never let it bother me until one day. That one day got me expelled. It is better just to ignore them.

I don't get bullied. At my school everyone gets joked on, but nothing huge. Some of the mentally challenged kids get bullied, but nothing "major" Wow, I've never actually met someone who would make fun of a mentally challenged kid... My brother is mentally challenged.

Ignoring may work, but there's a good chance that it won't. Telling a teacher is useless, they do crap. In all seriousness, although it's hardly the most mature thing, just beat the crapout of him. I don't mean a few punches, I mean really beat the holy hell out of him. That'll solve the problem for sure.

you could always be witty and sarcastic. Bullies usually are to dumb to figure it out.

I had a minor problem with bullying, but it was never that severe. Ignoring them is always the best option and if it really gets out of hand, tell a teacher or your parents.

Don't ignore them, or they will continue to think they're better than you.
Stand up for yourself, get in their face.
