i pods suck. mine never worked...so i got sum cheap ass mp3 player and it hasnt ever given me a problem. glad i saved the 200 bucks.

Same things happened with mine. Only the left headphone jack works. Yep Thats My Problem Right there! |

You should have bought insurance...Mine died and I got money from Best Buy. i did get a warrenty But it expired 2 months ago  Makes me Mad! lol the product always dies after the warranty has expired i swear they do that to get more money |

I'm an Apple Expert, and I'm pretty sure the Apple Store is cool with things like that. They will give you a new one, no questions asked I'm pretty sure. But if you modded it, then there would be a problem. Before that try Restoring your iPod.
