I've tried using Pivot once or twice before and failed quite miserably, so I'm going to try and get into it now. I won't be creating numerous threads, just updating this one and following the advice that I'm (hopefully) going to be given. Before anybody asks, I'd like to make it clear that EVERYTHING used in my animations was given to me by Daz. I have full permission from him to use and post animations that contain his sticks/rings/backgrounds etc. ----------------------------- Attempt 1: Advice/Comments and Suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks. |

Sorry for the double post, but I have a couple of things to update with. - I didn't particularly feel 'right' using Daz' Ring and Backgrounds, so I made my own, I'll still be using his sticks though (maybe that contradicts my original statement about using his stuff, but meh.)  |

the springboard elbow isn't very good, very stiff. fidgety and the reactions are lets just say less than average.
the new ring looks spiffy, 50's diner anyone? i like it a lot.
the moonsault is a vast improvement, much better jump, better arm movements. it's smoother, still fidgety and choppy in places but it's still ok for a beginner. the reactions again suck but you'll get better at them with practice.
little hint though, try not to bend the spine so much without bending the legs. it looks a little unnatural and really throws things of.
there is improvement though which is a good sign.

Daz! FFS please post here more often.
Mate the ani is a bit slow and choppy, movements arent all that fluid.

slow and choppy....try turnin up the speed then they MIGHT lk abit better

^^ cheers for the replies lads. I tried to take Jax' reply into considderation, regarding the choppyness, I dunno if it's much better though. - !!CHEMO!! - I'll use your advice for my next animation, by the time I saw your reply, I had finished this one. Again, thanks for both replies though.  |

just work on the reactions, otherwise the ssp is very nice.
needs more of a jump though, but other than that it's nice.
