I've dated two girls with the same names as two of my sisters, so I don't think this would be much different. It is weird, but it's not so much I can't be around the person. I mean, my best friend and I have the same first name.

Now, it would be weird if you had the same name as your dad and married a woman with the same name as your mom.
I have two female friends with the same name (first and middle surprisingly) as my sister and I would probably date them.
However, my mom has an odd name so I don't think I would meet anyone with the same name as her so it's not something I worry about.

I don't think it would be that hard to do. For me it's worse when your girlfriend has the same name as one of your other friends. That's even more awkward.
