Im lazy and in a rush in the mornings, so to get my vitamin C and protein in, I put about 1/4 of a cup of egg whites mixed with a tall glass of OJ (with Omega 3 added), and that usually does it. If I'm hungry I'll have a small yogurt too. Vegemite toast is an occasional favorite. Its always either toast or eggs for me. You just had to have the stereotypical Australian specialty didn't you? I've always wanted to try Vegemite, but I never know where to find it

Nothing better on toast actually. I dont care how stereotypical it is, its nice and i eat it because of that. You should try it, but not too much. It isnt supposed to be consumed in high amounts.

Coffee isn't really a breakfast, though I like a cup with some toast sometimes.

Blueberry Bagel and Gatorade is what I've been having lately. It's pretty good. I mainly just drink Gatorade but, I've been trying to add something else for more energy during the day.

Grilled Cheese and Ramen noodles. Strange for breakfast I know, but my mom used to make that for me before school and ever since I love having it. I wake up around noon anyway.

I usually enjoy going to Starbucks with two of my best friends and we just enjoy the beginning of the day. Lunch is when we eat breakfast, usually around 2 pm.
