I train Tae Kwon Do (for 4 years now). This coming Saturday i have a Belt test thing (Where you get a new belt). I have a Blue belt and im now getting a red stripe(after that i get red). I have never had the butterflies or anything. But this time my teacher has made up this crap about that we are gonna stand ONLY 1 in front of everybody and do our stuff. Well I know my stuff but i cant get rid of the thought of not passing.
Any tips`?

Just don't think about the people who are watching, you'll soon forget about them. I'm nervous before every kick boxing match I'm in, just be confident and forget about the people. GOOD LUCK!!

Don't be nervous. Calm yourself down. The more nervous you are, the greater your chances of screwing up.

Don't up. You are infinitely helpful. Have you considered an advice column? For the OP: I did Tae Kwon Do in my youth, and all of our tests were individual, before the board of USTA directors. Just get up there, take a deep breath, and let it flow. you'll walk away surprised at how well it went, I'm sure.

"Do your stuff?" I don't mean to downsize Tae Kwon Do, but in Sho Ryn Ryu (karate), we have to fight about 6-10 people at once to get a belt change. Anyways, just calm yourself down, and do "your stuff." Don't think about anything else including " ing up."
