So I walk into homeroom and basically everyone was playing with these little skateboards, they used to be a big thing when I was in 3rd grade. I used to have a ton but got rid of them. Who would of none they would've become so popular. Hope I can get one soon. Just to know, anyone elses school flooded with these?

They where giant at my old school, everyone skater and some not had some. I did as well, I thought they where fun, ids traded them and sold, it was hot then. I guess it still is, as I changed like this year to a new school, this place no one has them.

I remember them being really big during like 6th and 7th grade. Maybe 8th but I'm not sure. It was so long ago I can't remember. I only had one, which I stole from Wal-Mart. This was the like 97-99. After that I stopped caring.

We used to make makeshift fingerboards in shop class using the stupid clear neon colored plastic blocks you made keychains out of It could be worse, it could be the great Yo-Yo epidemic of the mid 90s all over again. I know a guy that spent a hundred ing dollars on a god damn yo-yo.

I haven't seen those in, like, six years. I didn't think anyone still had those.

I'm in my freshmen year right now, and they're HUGE! Everyone has one. It's crazy. They're kind of fun to kill time, though.

The thing was, like, made out of aluminum, and had like, a ball bearing spool or some shit. It was ridiculous. And since it was made out of aluminum, all it took was one bounce off the pavement and it was wrecked.

Those were huge when I was in 6th grade (1999/2000ish).
I only had one, and when the truck flew off and the sharp thing ended up impaling my hand a bit, that's when I retired from the World Tech Deck Federation.
