Phila  IN Delphia! Philadelphia does has some good cheesesteaks, good cheescake too. Where ECW evolved. Philly is a good place. Some people are scared to come because they want to act like idiots and say that they think they're gonna get shot. Not all parts of Philly are bad. I'm afraid to come to Philly!
